Hey everyone! My name is Tiara Badie. I am a student at Howard University. I am a psychology major concentrating in industrial/organizational psychology with a minor in business administration. I chose to study psychology because I have always been fascinated with the human mind and the reasoning behind certain behaviors. I have also had a significant interest in the beauty and cosmetics industry. I hope to one day run my own cosmetics company. Although the two seem like an odd match, the field of psychology is extremely versatile and can be useful in any career. I tried my best to tailor my choice of study to my passions so that I can do what I love.
I am from the great city of Chicago, Illinois. Chicago is such a vast and diverse city. Living there all of my life has allowed me to be exposed to many different cultures and styles. I always see so many different fashion trends and styles. I love how people use their personal style as a form of self-expression.
As for my personal style it is very hard to put myself into one category. My style changes from day-to-day and most of the time it just depends on my mood. I like to keep a variety of clothing so that I can switch up my look as I please. I tend to get bored with certain looks so I try to keep it interesting. However, I do usually wear a lot of dark colors so this summer I am trying to venture into the land of brighter colors. I would like to step out of my comfort zone and spice things up a bit. I am excited to rock some midi-dresses this summer as well strappy sandals and statement necklaces. Dresses are perfect for the heat and a great pair of sandals as well as jewelry is fantastic ways to spruce up an outfit.
