Hi everyone! I am so happy to be able to return to CollegeFashionista yet again. I took a break from doing CF to focus on school and growing myself more as an individual. I am excited to be back and to share my new sense of style with all of you!
I am currently in my junior year as an anthropology major and I am blessed to have made it halfway through my college years. Now that it is 2017 I feel it is the year where a lot of big things are going to happen. In December of 2016 I created my YouTube channel! It has been something I have been wanting to do for the longest and I finally got all the things I needed to film and created my first ever video. My channel is growing and I cannot wait to share all my new content for 2017.
I am excited to be coming back to write some articles based on the fashion that I have been drawn to the most as of late and that is modest fashion. I want my articles to showcase this style and really bring some representation into modest fashion in college. College to me is when I felt like I could express myself the most in my life. Therefore I want to show all of you how everyone expresses themselves.
The outfit I have on is a mix of old clothing and some new vintage finds. I have been getting really into thrifting lately and I feel like every time I go I always find one thing I love or need. This plaid shirt is the perfect flannel material it is super soft and the colors is what drew me to it. The floppy hat is a fun accessory to add and the way it mimics suede is a fun touch. I have on my classic white Converse because I feel like everyone needs a pair of them in their wardrobe. As well every day during the winter I have on some type of blanket scarf. In these photos I have a green one which works well with playing with the green color of my coat.
I cannot wait to show all of you the awesome articles I have in store!
