Hey y’all, I’m back again!
My name is Zuri Bradley from the great state of Texas and I am currently a junior at The University of North Texas. Oddly enough, I am not a fashion major, but an advertising major with a minor in marketing.
This is my second semester being a Style Guru, I loved doing it so much that I decided to apply to be apart of the Social Media Society, which I am super stoked about. I’m even more excited than the first time around to be a Style Guru and to get better and produce good work, especially to push myself even more with my photography skills.
I have my own personal style. Since I was a kid, I had always worn what I had wanted to wear without thinking too much about what others were going to think. This is something that I think has helped cultivate and create a style that is unique to me.
When it comes to fashion I love anything weird and unique that people think is unconventional but can be used to make a killer outfit. I love mixing and matching trendy pieces with thrift store finds. This being said, you will usually find me at Zara or a thrift store.
When I am not doing homework or studying, I love to go shoot pictures with my friends and come up with ideas for shoots and outfits.
For my bio outfit I chose to pair this really old but totally unique sparkly, understated Talbots shirt I found at the thrift store with my favorite camo pants that happen to be another great thrift find. Originally I bought these pants for a Halloween costume, however I fell in love with them and have now incorporated them into my everyday look, and I am obsessed. I finished the outfit off with my favorite platform boots and some small earrings so that the shirt could really shine.
I am super excited to be here again and look forward to working and seeing everyone else’s looks and articles as well.
