Since I have moved to London, I have been very drawn to the posh style that seems to be so prevalent here. Every day I find myself inspired by the people around me, and I have noticed my style has already started to change.
Considering how huge the nightlife is here, I thought it was fitting to base my first London post on a going out look. When going out on the town, it is very crucial to be dressed to the nines. This is why a pair of amazing heels is extremely necessary. The shoes in this look are a pair of platform navy booties with a crème accent. I immediately fell in love with these booties, and I think they tie this look together perfectly.
The vintage shopping is a crucial part of London’s identity and has become one of my favorite activities to do in my free time. For that reason, I wanted to incorporate a couple eclectic vintage pieces. The color-blocked dress that is featured in these photos is vintage Moschino, and it was bought at a shop here in London! Along with that, the long black jacket that is paired with this dress is a vintage Betsey Johnson piece. I think the best part of vintage shopping is that you never know what hidden gems you may find.
Of course, every Fashionista/o needs their statement accessories. In this look, I have added a bright red, lace-up choker. I love the idea of sticking with primary colors; this outfit seems very Mondrian inspired. Going along with that theme, I added a bright red lip to finish off the look.
Finding my new London style has been so exciting thus far, and I cannot wait to continue to share my transformation with all of you!
