The designer Stacey Bendet uses a punchy palette of reds, blues, soft yellow and mint in her look. What made me fond of these designs is not only the bold coloring in her design but also the relaxed clothing which are appropriate for wearing in holidays. How can vacation be boring when wearing such comfortable and colorful clothes?
Look one is the best one in line with my tastes. This design is divided into two different type of long dress with both long-sleeves and sleeveless. The important point to be the shining star at resort is to be outstanding and comfortable simultaneously. Inspired by the design of alice + olivia resort 2016, I imitate look one and try to perform the style in my daily look. I wore a bohemian dress in a cool-toned color. The dress is loose but with emphasis on the chest part. I chose a small bag with the trend of “national wind” to match my clothes. For the accessory part, I wore a facet bracelet pack with tassels and some precious stones, and my hat is a floppy brim fedora which can resist the sunshine. The shoes are just a pair of flats that every girl has in their shoebox.
alice + olivia really gives girls a nice choice to wear in the summer holidays. I’ll keep focusing on this brand and skim the cream from it.
