I consider fashion to be an important aspect in my life. Beyoncé was right when she declared that it does take 45 minutes to get all dressed up (sometimes even more). Deciding what to wear everyday is not something I take lightly. The daily decision of how I am going to present myself is my frequent cause of stress. My mood effects both how I shop and dress, which has given my closet a wide variety of styles. This collection is perfect for me to look to for inspiration because each look can be worn differently depending on my mood. Having pieces in your wardrobe that can be worn differently to fit your mood is a must. There are multiple pieces in Arthur Arbesser’s collection that can be mixed and matched with each other. Also with multiple looks involving a baggy pant in the collection, changing to a skinny jean can drastically change the feel of the look to fit my mood for the day.
I began to shape my look top to bottom. In an attempt to create the masculine meets feminine look from the collection, I wore a blue and white striped button-down shirt. Sweet and simple, the shirt is a classic color combination with a masculine vibe. On the bottom, I wore a pair of distressed boyfriend jeans. The baggy jeans give off a casual feel. My look is complete with the addition of my pink suede pumps and an Hermès bangle. Overall, my look is classic and casual with masculine-inspired clothing. I love this style today however, comes tomorrow morning it may be completely changed.
