Winter blues have you feeling less than cute? So relatable, Fashionista/os. This day was super chilly, and those quick seconds without a jacket on the way to class were freezing! Anyways, in the winter I love to pair oversized items with either tights, a legging, or some denim. Let’s face it, when it’s super chilly you just want to be cozy. Â This particular satin, oversize shirt is actually a dress from Missguided. You’ll often find me pairing with some over the knee boots when I go out on the weekends. If you’ve read earlier posts, you know I am an advocate for versatile pieces, which my wardrobe is clearly full of. My footwear collection is also built on that motto. I wear these Steve Madden booties to the grocery store, to class, on weekend adventures, pretty much everywhere. I’ve had these black pair of high-waisted, denim jeans for years, and they still fit like a glove. They are my absolute favorite, and my go-to pair of denim jeans. The wash is still impeccably an off black, nor have they shrunk after a million washes.
Living in Manhattan, I knew I would need a really cute but cozy heavy jacket for the harsh winter days. My fur hooded, down coat is from Tommy Hilfiger. In picking this coat, I wanted to choose one that I would have for years yet remain timeless. I didn’t pair this outfit with any fancy jewelry, I wore my usual day-to-day jewelry as I was heading over to my English class.
