It’s finally springtime and another semester has almost come and gone. The April weather has been absolutely beautiful and I have been enjoying every second. The sunny days have gotten me so excited for music festivals, coffee dates, and new adventures.
One thing this spring that I have been obsessing over is denim. Whether it be denim skirts, jackets, or jeans, there have been so many new denim trends that make it so easy to make it your own. Between embroidered, fringed, and two-toned denim, there are so many new trends to try out this spring and summer.
My personal style tends to sway back and forth between boho chic and minimalist. I think this outfit ties in both aspects of my style into one cohesive look. I am absolutely loving the two-toned denim trend. To be honest, at first I was a little skeptical, but after buying a pair I have been absolutely obsessed. I tend to pair them with a neutral top such as the white button-down shirt I have paired it with here, or a simple T-shirt during the warmer months. I half tucked the white button-down to keep the outfit casual but add a little more trendiness and slipped on a simple cognac slide. I kept the accessories simple by adding several dainty rings and a bar necklace.
My advice to all you Fashionistas out there is to not be afraid of trends. They can help you to really engage in creativity which is what the fashion world is all about!
