The warm summer nights are coming to an end as the school semester approaches. We are all squeezing in our final weekend trips and big swim parties before the summer is over. Just because our final week of summer is here, that does not mean trendy summer fashion needs to end! My neutral ensemble was inspired by Maiyet Spring 2016 Ready-to-Wear.
It is very easy to look effortless in the summer. This month I’ve chosen a neutral button-up T-shirt dress to look cute but stay cool. This dress is perfect for a day-to-night look, adding sandals or heels for the occasion as well as chunky jewelry or a big sun hat.
As the sun blazes with heat, I always need some sun protection. Adding a floppy hat was a perfect way to hide my face from the sun while still looking fashionable. Pairing this dress with a black baseball hat and sneakers will change the look to a casual, sporty ensemble for errands or traveling.
Summer is unpredictable. You never know what fun plans you might run into. Keeping your crazy and spontaneous schedule in check is key! A fun and flirty watch is such an easy way to accessorize. This twist on a modern watch is trendy and waterproof for any wild plans the summer may present.
This summer, I haven’t escaped the chocker necklace fad! Choker necklaces are EVERYTHING! Stacking necklaces looks so chic and pairing this string choker really brought this look together. I also added a parallel black belt to give shape to the loose dress and simple black booties to keep with the neutral theme.
