Sweaters, booties and chilly air is finally here! Oh, how fashion loves fall. Although it is fun to go shopping for new sweaters, jeans and boots, it can really take a toll on the college girl’s budget. Luckily, there are many ways to save this fall.
In this outfit I paired black distressed jeans, black booties, an oversized sweater and a simple gold necklace, a perfect fall outfit right? All together these pieces did not cost more than $70. Not only is it affordable but it is also very versatile and each piece could mix and match with many other items so overall each item is very useful.
But here is my saving plan of attack:
Firstly, the sweater. Sweaters can be pricy, especially ones that are warm and oversized. This chesnut, high-neck sweater is one of Forever 21’s finest items. They have good quality sweaters for a much lower price. The thin gold necklace is also a Forever 21 item! I get all my jewelry there because I never end up spending more than $6 on an accessory item and, they have everything you need. Secondly, the booties. I purchased them at target for 30 percent off. Target always, always, always has some sort of shoe sale whether it’s in stores, on the website or a CartWheel coupon! Lastly, the distressed black jeans are a PacSun item and were purchased for under $30.
This fall season I can not afford to break my bank on new items, and hopefully all you Fashionista/os do not have to either! Thanks for listening and style on this lovely fall!
