STYLE GURU STYLE: Fitness Time

Looking slim is not the popular trend anymore. It is gradually taking over by the word ‘fitness,’ which is the reason that I love Alexander Wang so much. His spring 2015 runway show is full of geometry and architectural shapes. The fabric is stretchy and comfortable. It give us a modern and energetic feeling. It is also what I want for my fitness and gymnastic look.

Look 30 is my favorite. I can imagine how comfortable this outfit was while the model was walking down the runway. The key to looking fashionable and causal at the same time is to highlight your waist. I borrowed this idea and applied it into my own look. I wore a high-waisted legging to emphasize my waistline and help me to appear taller. I chose to wear a loose top to balance with my leggings. It made me look like a gymnast. I can show my waistline and create a crop top feeling at the same time by tying a knot on my top. At last, don’t forget to wear a pair of running shoes to make your fitness look complete. An all-white running shoe not only pairs with my top, it is also a must-have item this spring.

Alexander Wang is my favorite brand and designer. Thanks to his inspiration, I would wear this type of outfit more often this spring. It makes me feel comfortable and fashionable at all time.
