Classic black is a great way to go when one is unsure of what to wear. When I came across the Calvin Klein spring 2015 ready-to-wear collection, I loved how the simplicity of black and white were used to create outfits that were classically chic. To add my own little flair to the classic black look, I added some pieces that showed off one of the favorite trends, the boho trend, of course!
Upon seeing this collection, I knew that I wanted to keep the look fairly simple. My basic black top is perfectly versatile for every season and is definitely a wardrobe staple of mine. It is slightly looser fitting, which is perfect for looking comfortable, yet fashionably effortless, just like the Calvin Klein collection.
My gray and black knit cardigan is perfect for this in-between time of year, and I love how it gives my look a little more structure. I went with a pair of light-wash, distressed denim for a casual vibe. My tan booties are a favorite of mine and are seriously essential! They go with everything from dresses to leggings to pants. The small heel gives just a bit of sass, yet still keeps the look totally wearable!
I finished off with a boho staple: a super fun, floppy hat. I love how this hat can say so many things. It screams, chic, yet edgy and laid back, yet structured. I kept my accessories simple, yet glam, with a silver statement necklace and bracelet.
