The month of May means summer vacation is right around the corner. For some of us, this also means graduation! The happiness, sadness, nostalgia, excitement, etc. is all very real right now. Anyways, more on this later. Let’s get to the good stuff.
On this day, I had to run a couple of errands on campus. It was one of those rare warm sunny days in San Francisco, so I definitely wanted to take advantage, aka wear a summer top, but also be comfortable. I’m wearing a bright pink off-the-shoulder top. The top is loose and flowy and has some cute little knotted details on the sleeves. These jeans are my favorite part of the outfit and, honestly, my favorite clothing item right now (and possibly forever). These high-waisted distressed mom jeans are not only comfortable but just work with any outfit. I’m very petite so I like to cuff the bottoms. Whether I want to dress up or look casual, these are my go-to pair. To top off to my casual outfit, I added white Converse, another of my favorite staples because they match everything and anything. Lastly, I decided to get a little matchy with my makeup. I opted for subtle peachy pink colors for my lids.
Although this was the first time wearing this particular outfit, it screams me. The off-the-shoulder top, distressed jeans—all very “Nathalia.” What is new is my fascination with with pink, particularly with makeup. This season I’m ditching my neutral golds and browns. I love how it’s trendy to wear these beautiful peach and pink colors on your lids. It makes any color, size, or eye shape pop! It’s the perfect look for spring and summer.
I will be graduating this month, so this is my final article. Thank you for reading this semester! I’ve enjoyed it all. Hang in there for these last couple of months! You’ve got this.
