I am always trying to find different ways to wear my clothes. Before this season, I had considered throwing this dress out, but boy am I glad I didn’t! Pay attention to the lighter shades of blue because they are everywhere this summer.
My inspiration for this outfit was Zuhair Murad’s spring 2016 collection. Many of the dresses in this line accentuated at the waist with a belt. Using many neutral and pastel colors, Murad is right on track with this seasons color palette. Overall this collection captured everything you need in your closet for spring. I highly recommend you check it out.
The skirt is actually a dress I have had for a few years, could never bring myself to throw away. I took a neutral colored shirt and tied it in a knot to mimic what the belts did for the dresses in Murad’s collection I paired the outfit with a clutch that had a mixture of purple, blue and white. These colors were used often throughout Murad’s dresses.
My shoes take flats to another level. I love the ankle strap trend. These shoes go with everything and pair especially well with boyfriend jeans. The bracelet I am wearing goes along with the marble trend. Murad used a metallic belt throughout the show. I thought this popped just as well. This entire outfit sums up all of my favorite trends right now!
