As the snow keeps falling your outfit trends do not have to fall with it. We all know that this time of the year can be awfully gloomy as we all try to keep up with our new year’s resolutions. It can be difficult to try to put together fashionable outfits that still qualify for this crazy weather.
During this time of year, I tend to stay within the simple color wheel. This makes it is easier to pair my outfits with different coats, hats, and scarves as I truck across campus.
While I keep the simple color wheel, I also stick to simple looks. No one wants to worry about taking forever to get ready while being stuck in class all day. This look can give you that awesome outfit for class while keeping you just as comfortable as you would be wearing a pair of leggings. The white turtleneck paired with the denim skirt gives the outfit a more casual feel, making it wearable to many different occasions. The zipper on the skirt adds character to the outfit. To make the outfit still fashionable yet cozy for winter, I literally pair every outfit with my black over the knee suede boots. These boots bring any outfit from any season that winter feel and look.
Although these winter feels are bringing you down, you can still find a way to keep it fashionable and comfy for class every day. Keep finding looks that are cooler than this chilling weather and just remember spring is soon to come!
