Spring is coming, but are you getting ready for it? The alice + olivia spring 2015 ready-to-wear collection uses a lot of bright colors and floral patterns to mix with the maxi skirt. I love maxi skirts because they can fit into any body shape; they could cover your shorts and even turn your shorts into your advantage. Maxi skirts also can fit into any season with different fabrics, colors and patterns.
I chose a falcon print maxi skirt in black, white and green. I do not like bright colors. That’s why I chose the item in a dark color, but it would not be boring when you see it. It is made of silk, which will float in the air when there is wind. To match my skirt, I wore a white shirt. However, there is a little surprise with this shirt, as the sleeves are made of lace pattern. When I take off my jacket, my look would still wow people. When you do not know what to wear with a complex pattern, wear a plain white shirt or T-shirt is always a right decision.
A black leather jacket is my favorite item in the spring and fall. As I always say, it is classic. My black leather shoes follow the leather jacket. You can choose a pair of white sneakers if you want your look more casual and sporty. I also have a black hobo bag with black studs from Alexander Wang to match with my jacket and make my whole look chic.
