Fall fashion shows are happening right now, and I have been obsessed! My current favorite designer is Haider Ackerman. He is a beautiful and creative artist, and I hope he inspires you just like he has inspired me as a fashion designer. His new fall 2016 ready-to-wear collection has inspired me to create this following look. The collection is full of vibrant prints and mixing patterns, which is something that is out of my comfort zone.
What inspired me most about this trendy runway collection was the different patterns that normally would not be paired together, but they actually work great together. My style usually is very simplistic and basic, but I wanted to go outside of my comfort zone and try something new. I decided to invade my closet to see what patterns would look great together.
I first found this beautiful, colorful, bohemian blouse that tied into the vibrant colors in the collection. I then found this ticking stripe skirt that I thought would not go, but I ended up loving the look. I paired this outfit with my classic, platinum Jack Rogers, Fossil watch and Pandora bracelet.
Being inspired by this fashion collection helped me to go outside of my comfort zone and get away from the basic neutrals I always wear. Check out some other fashion collections from Vogue for more inspiration this season. This spring should be the time to pull out the colorful patterns and bright colors. Rock the pattern mixing and stay RAD!
