Hi readers! In this post I want to share with you some of my favorite trends that have been all over countless magazines. Hope you enjoy. Recently, I have been loving the distressed denim and high-neckline top trends. With both of these trends, you can keep things super causal or dress things up. For the look that I created, I took the best of both worlds: dressy and casual.
The top that I chose has a great structure to it. The high neckline and also the layering create attention to the top, along with the vertical pinstripe pattern. Now for the jeans, I chose a pair of simple white, distressed denim (that I destroyed myself). I love pairing white and white together; some may think that it could make a outfit look flat, but adding small details can really liven it up. With the rips in the jeans and also the layering in the top, it gives a lot of movement to the look.
For the accessories, I decided to have one main focus and build off of that. The main focus I went with were my shoes. The shoes I chose where a classic pair of Jack Rodger sandals. The pattern of these sandals is a paisley green with hints of blue and orange. I took those colors and accessorized with them. The green in the shoes, I matched with my Rebecca Minkoff bag that can surprisingly fit much more than you would think, and for the green and orange, I chose two small cuff-styled bracelets.
Thanks you for reading and I hope you all enjoyed. Don’t forget to give this article a RAD and follow me on IG kathrine_krekeler to stay updated on when I post next!
