My outfit inspiration came from the Gypsy Sport fall 2016 ready-to-wear runway show by Rio Uribe. I mainly chose this because I am obsessed with the trend of pairing sneakers with anything and everything. I especially love pairing sneakers with a dress or skirt, and the Gypsy Sport collection rocked the sneaker look perfectly. Gypsy Sport consisted of many out of the box and unique outfits. Every single one of these outfits was paired with white sneakers. Most of his outfits had major flare and a baggy look to them. Lastly, Rio Uribe tied every look in with a deep, bold lip color.
The biggest inspiration I took from the Gypsy Sport collection was pairing sneakers with a skirt. There is no more once and done with your favorite dress or skirt, you can make it casual with sneakers or dress it up with heels in order to get multiple uses out of it. This skirt is one of my favorite new purchases; I am obsessed with the high-low from side to side. I paired the skirt with a loose, casual tank to continue the Gypsy Sport vibes throughout my whole outfit. To top it all off I grabbed some bold lipstick to make a statement with my lips. Rio Uribe understands the importance of topping off an outfit with the perfect lip color!
