Winter is coming and we can’t deny it. Layering up can feel bulky. Sometimes all those layers can take away from your #RAD outfit. When shopping for winter clothes to layer up, think about the practicality and the look of it at the same time. How in the world can you dress cute can not freeze your butt off? A warm jacket doesn’t have to look like a marshmallow and a sweater doesn’t have to be an itchy turtleneck.
I love a good sweater. Different knits, different colors, different cuts—I love them all! Recently, I’ve discovered the V-neck sweater. I found one in black at one of my favorite stores and have maybe bought five more all in different colors.
A V-neck is an extra element to a potentially boring sweater. It’s easy to wear with different accessories, like necklaces and scarves, but still looks great alone! V-neck sweaters also pair well with a cute bralette! The V-neck is a little bit wider than a normal cut sweater giving a little sneak peak to your lacy bralette.
To get this look, pair an oversized V-neck sweater with a pair of black skinny jeans. Throw on your go-to fall jacket and a pair of booties to make it great for cool fall weather. Take a risk and add some statement jewelry or a chunky scarf to add something extra to your look. Or you can keep it simple with a textured sweater and a simple necklace. Stay warm Fashionistas!
