White pants are pretty much one of the most fundamental pieces for summer fashion. They are perfect for a relaxing lunch with friends or even for your internship or job. You can pair it with a simple blouse or even a printed top.
One of my favorite brands that I look to for fashion inspiration is alice + olivia. When I was watching their spring 2015 ready-to-wear collection, I could not help but admire all of the fresh new looks that were executed so flawlessly.
alice + olivia’s spring 2015 ready-to-wear collection consisted of floral designs, gorgeous prints and beautiful spring colors. One look that I was really mesmerized by was a simple all-white ensemble. It was clean, refined and effortless.
I emulated that particular outfit with a similar white jean, a classic white button-down from Express and Vince Camuto wedges. I did really enjoy the all-white look that was in the collection, but I wanted to add a fun piece that would incorporate some of my own personal style.
I chose a black and white printed blazer from H&M that I am so obsessed with. I love wearing it throughout the fall and winter, but even when there is a cold night in the spring and summer months I pair it with black or white shorts to complement the jacket.
I love being able to recreate a look from the runway but also still stay true to my personal style, which is what fashion is all about!
