Well everyone, we’ve finally made it! It’s sweater weather time. With freezing temperatures, this is my favorite time of the year because I get to wear more than just one of my favorite sweaters at a time. Throughout the season I’ve been trying to find a large oversized sweater but couldn’t find one anywhere. A friend told me to check in the men’s section and that’s exactly where I found what I was looking for! The red large sweater cost me around $10 at Primark.
Another one of my favorites pieces to wear in winter are my thigh high boots. I had trouble finding these boots as well because others had a heel too high or cost too much. As a college student I’m definitely on a budget and these boots worked perfectly because they were only $35 from a NORA ZOLA. These boots are not only super cute but also keep my legs warm from the cold temperatures. I also really like these boots because they have the ability to make the top part of the boot tighter to prevent them from falling down my legs.
To accessorize my outfit, I chose a thick choker from Forever 21. These chokers are my favorite things to complete an outfit. I also decided to add some long necklaces and layer those as well. I’ve found people are afraid to mix colors when it comes to accessories, but I love to do it! Black and brown can compliment each other really well when handled properly.
