A jean skirt, high-neck tank top and cowgirl boots are a quick and easy outfit for any day of the week. The outfit is timeless and always makes a statement. Take this outfit as you transition from summer back to school, as it is approaching. I never thought I would be wearing a jean skirt again but it can be found in my closet. Needless to say, the pieces are versatile and comfortable.
Taking inspiration from the Damir Doma spring 2017 ready-to-wear collection, I encompassed the Doma’s niche mood. The line shows menswear and womenswear which are ahead of the curve. The ripped denim paired with abstract prints underneath a semi-opaque shirt left you wanting to see more.
The “wistfulness and fray” made it have a commercial appeal as well. It was “art that deserves commerce”. The aspect of the collection being named “never for money, always for love” completely drew me in. It deserves to be seen and worn.
My outfit I am wearing is composed of a Levi Brand Jeans white skirt, Billabong tank, and cowgirl boots. To add to the look I have my favorite necklace which is the state of New Jersey and a warm pink lipstick.
