Color-ways in today’s street fashion are stemming a lot from an off-white color. Creating a light, gentle, nature feel aesthetically, while in a fierce urban environment, bringing about a genuine balance. Kayne’s Yeezy lines have really birthed this type of style. Yeezy’s fall 2016 ready-to-wear collection really broke boundaries of norms fashion wise. Not many can pull it off, especially for the price and demand. His shoes particularly sell out in seconds. I personally adore his vision and have tried to articulate his looks into my wardrobe generically. I would say that my outfit is in sync with Yeezy’s runway show. All it takes is either some natural based colors that are lightened up or darkened down a tad to make it unique looking.
Big, bulky, tattered and torn longer lengths are also very in. Starting from the top you can see I am layering with three different lengths. My outside layer is an XL, mauve colored sweater that fits regular length. Under neither that is an inside out stitch style in a longer length fit, colored in forest green. I finish off the layered look with a ripped, off-white, longer length, scallop cut T-shirt. Bottom wise, I have on an olive green pair of chino joggers that match my middle layer up top. If you look at Kanye’s models some are wearing chino joggers as well.
For the kicks I am wearing the classic Vans Sk8-Hi. These style shoes are legendary and an easy go-to for street wear. Especially perfect for the snow since they’re the high-top version.
