As an avid bruncher (is that even a real word?), I find myself getting all cute on Sundays for my favorite meal of the day. I especially love this combo—breakfast and lunch—during the spring and summer because, honestly, who wants to sit out in the gloom while eating avocado toast? Not me, that’s for sure.
Like most Sundays go, I headed to my favorite brunch spot in San Diego, Snooze, when this Fashionista caught my eye. Since Coachella is right around the corner, I’ve been seeing a lot of lace and crochet in stores. Although I’m not going to Coachella (I know, sad face), I’m still purchasing the pieces that are just as perfect for spring as they are for the festival season. That’s why seeing this Fashionista bring the festival vibes to brunch got me excited.
Her ensemble has a pretty basic foundation that I love, especially when working with lace and crochet. To start off, she paired her black skinny jeans with brown booties. For the festival-chic look, she wore this long sleeve, crochet top with indie patterns. This top’s unique style is jaw-dropping and has been on the runway all spring long. As for her accessories, she kept it pretty simple with a crystal choker.
If you’re anything like me, then taking pictures at brunch is a must. I know that this Fashionista was Instagram and blogger-ready for the day. Although Sundays are a lazy girl’s best friend, a little spring glam never hurt anybody. Take a break from studying, throw on a spring-ready outfit like this Fashionista did and brunch with the girls!
