Hi Fashionista/os! It is officially Christmas break, finals are over and we can finally relax and spend time with our friends and family without worrying about that paper that’s due in two days. You are all shaking your head because you know exactly what I’m talking about. Christmastime is such a fun time to be able to play around with your style and create new looks that you did not have time to create when you were too crazy busy with schoolwork.
Christmas parties can be such a fun reason to create a new look. While you want to be comfortable (so you can eat all the Christmas cookies you want) you still want to be chic. This Fashionista pulled off the chic but comfortable look that would be perfect for any family gathering. In my opinion, for pretty much any occasion all-black is never a bad idea. The combination leaves you looking chic and put together, while you are still comfortable. This Fashionista combined the classic black turtleneck sweater with a pair of black jeans and black heels. Since the black jeans are ripped at the knees and have fringed cuffs it leaves the outfit looking not so polished but by adding the classic black heels it adds a level of effortless chic. Then the Fashionista threw on her long camel trench coat, which I think is perfect for this outfit since it adds a different color to the palette but leaves it still neutral and classic.
Now that we have made it to winter break and we can all relax, this is the perfect time to create new looks that you can use for this upcoming spring semester! Take a couple minutes to look through your closet and find new go-to outfits that you can create for the new year!
