A storm just hit Southern California this week but even with the rain and the cold weather, we still have to go to classes. Trying to stay warm and comfortable while being stylish is not a simple task. We need a bag that fits our course handouts, an iPad and everyday essentials, but at the same time is comfortable enough for us to carry around all day around campus. A simple backpack would certainly do the trick, but as I walked around campus the other day, it was refreshing to spot this Fashionista with her monogrammed Cambridge Satchel that made her whole outfit stand out.
A simple oversized light gray sweater coupled with a cream colored infinity scarf certainly gives her a soft, feminine look. The high-waist skinny jeans combined with a pair of Chelsea boots balances out the softness and adds a bit of edginess to the look. Her sweater and jeans are from H&M, and her boots can be found at Zara. The Cambridge Satchel on her shoulder certainly makes the look even more stylish. The color choice of red wine adds a pop of color to her neutral toned clothing. The bag itself is very functional and comfortable, which makes her outfit eye-catching, yet perfect for a day of classes.
One Simple Change: If there is a girl’s night out after a long day of school, you could simply change the color of the scarf from cream to a more dashing color. This will certainly add a little more flair to your outfit!
