Every month before I write my article, I like to look for inspiration by doing a numerous amounts of things such as creating mood boards. However, this month I decided to try something new by exploring parts of the city I am from.
So, as I headed back home for winter break from San Francisco to Los Angeles, I chose one of my favorite places to visit when I am home: the L.A. Arts District. The Arts District lies on the eastern edge of Downtown L.A., and is surrounded by the L.A. river to the right and the city to the left. Along with the beautiful art and delicious food, the Arts District is home to some of L.A.’s most trendy and stylish people. On any given day, you are bound to bump into any style and/or trend that can be thought of.
Spotted in the Arts District of L.A., this Fashionisto shows us one of the many street styles the people of L.A. like to sport. This Fashionisto is wearing a plain white t-shirt paired with a black bomber jacket, blue distressed jeans, and essential brown Chelsea boots. Although he is wearing just a plain white tee and blue jeans, he dresses it up with the Chelsea boots and a bomber jacket. By doing so, he changes a typically casual look to something more stylish and versatile for all times of the day. This makes it a perfect outfit to wear for any everyday occasion. It can also be easily changed to something much more casual by switching out the boots with a pair of sneakers.
Whether its a stroll through the city or night out with friends, an outfit like this can do you no wrong.
