Everywhere you look on my college campus there are girls wearing their letters. Letters come in so many different colors and patterns. It is extremely easy to show off your personal style and what makes you unique through them. This Fashionista is wearing her letters with style and pride.
She is wearing burgundy T-shirt with black letters and a silver trim. I love the silver because it adds a pop of sparkle and brightness to the shirt. Whoever complained about a little extra glitter?! She keeps her look very casual by wearing it with light wash jeans tucked into brown riding boots. Since is it still a little chilly out, she layers a knit sweater over her letters. I think the sweater takes this outfit to the next level; It makes it more fun than just your ordinary “letter day” and brings an even deeper casual element to the look.
Her accessories are really what scream sorority girl. She is wearing a simple but beautiful pearl pendant and pearl earrings. Pearls happen to be one of the gemstones of her sorority, and I think it gives an additional subtle nod to her sisterhood while dressing up her look. Pearls are a sorority woman must have! I don’t know a single sister without a strand of pearls. Our Fashionista has even more pearls throughout her look. She pairs a pearl bracelet with several Alex and Ani bracelets and a delicate lace bracelet as well. For more arm candy, she wears a brown watch with rhinestones on the other wrist .
To complete her look, she adds a navy and white striped bag. This bag brings in another element of sorority life: preppiness. Many sorority girls have a love for all things preppy such as Lily Pulitzer, Vineyard Vines and Tory Burch. Not pictured? Her Lily Planner, of course!
