Happy December Fashionista/os! This is a particularly festive time of year, when I get to get all dressed up, and be surrounded by the people that I love. Any excuse that I have to look my best, I will take. At this point in the season though the downward shifting temperatures do make dressing well a bit of a challenge.
But no need to worry! It is still possible to dress cute the colder that it gets outside. It all comes down to the items of clothing and how they go together. In this brutal weather, sweaters are always fashionable and comfortable—no wonder they never go out of style. Turtlenecks are awesome because they also keep your neck warm. This year, miniskirts are so in during any season. They come in many different colors and textures. For fall, anyone can still rock them with or without tights. The tights make legs look longer and leaner; just imagine your family commenting on how tall you got at dinner time!
To complete this look, booties are the perfect thing to add. The short length will make sure that you show off the cute tights! To accentuate the legs even more, toss on a pair of high-heeled booties. This Fashionista is only about 5-foot-2, but the tights and booties add about three inches from afar!
The Fashionista is wearing many different colors. There’s more for the eye to see. By color-blocking, there’s more for friends and family to comment on throughout the evening. This look is cute and girly. This holiday is all about love, so finish the look with romantic curls and you’re all set.
