If you live in New England like I do, you know that our weather can be a little crazy. This past winter break I think I saw more dead grass than white snow, and wore shorts and flip flop in the 50 degree weather.
So New England did not have that cold of a winter. However, you still wanna look fabulous for those winter parties or for a day at work right?! Luckily, it was never too hot to be wear those wonderful winter colors and patterns.
This Fashionista is showing us how you can dress a normal plain plaid scarf up for any day occasion. If you wear a red plaid scarf almost anything you put on will go with it; as long as you do not match too many patterns together. I am all about putting a few different textures and patterns together, however not to many. If you are in a hurry and you are gonna be late to work, class or your internship simply throw the scarf over your neck, a nice fitting white T-shirt. Your favorite pair of medium to dark wash Jeans and a nice vest and you already look business casual and ready to rock your day. If you want to throw some accessories on use simple jewelry. In my mind you do not want to overkill your simple look with big earrings, big necklaces or bracelets so complete the look with simple Cape Cod bracelets.
Now she is ready to rock that internship and get the coffee!
