I don’t know about you, but presenting in front of a group of people is number one on my list of “things I never ever want to do!” It doesn’t matter if I am an expert on the subject or far from it, or if it is only 15 people in the room or 100; I simply want absolutely nothing to do with it. Despite my fears, I know the most crucial aspect to an important presentation is confidence. What better way to display utmost confidence than a sleek new outfit to look the part? If you aren’t feeling very professional or knowledgeable, you should at least stay fashionable.
This Fashionista had it all together today as she was on her way to make her important presentation. Her attire was completely professional, but lacking the common bore factor that comes along with it. She was wearing a unique style of a crossover skirt that I have never even seen before. I loved the style because it was long and appropriate, but still completely adorable. Her sleeveless blouse added to the relaxed feel of her outfit. Finally, my favorite part of the whole outfit, the shoes! These peep-toe booties stuck out to me entirely because of their color. Steering away from the typical black and white business casual, this Fashionista brought more to the table. The best part is that these booties help give the outfit a feel of fall.
One Simple Change: Swap out the long skirt for a shorter one to make this look more appropriate for a date night!
