Hello there Fashionistas!
The new school year just started not too long ago, and the majority of us are already being overloaded with homework assignments and projects, which, due to the fact that we are simply human, can get us out of our minds. To keep us sane, we have to find the right balance between work and fun and what can be more fun than seeing a live concert of an artist that you love in order to destress?
This past weekend my friends and I had a girls’ night out and we went to see Sia live in concert in Cleveland, OH. We all dressed up and looked cute, however this particular Fashionista’s outfit caught my attention the most. I have always been a big fan of high-waisted pants with crop tops, as you have seen in my STYLE GURU BIO.
When it comes to concerts I absolutely love it when a Fashionista or Fashionisto pairs items they would not necessarily wear on a daily basis when they go to class, such as the mustard colored halter crop top this Fashionista is wearing, with an item (or items) that they definitely would wear when they just step out of their dorm to go to a lecture, such as the black ripped skinny jeans or the black jelly sandals.
To wear this top you have to tie it at the back of the neck and at the bottom of the top which makes it almost look backless which makes the look a lot more risqué and definitely fitting for a night of fun with friends while listening to live music. To stay comfortable while standing on her feet for a few straight hours, this Fashionista decided to pair flat, black jelly sandals with her jeans and crop top. As for accessories, she decided to keep it fairly simple. To finish off the look in a chic and fabulous way, she wore some chunky rings on her thumb, index and middle fingers.
Concerts give you the perfect opportunity to step up your style game, so do not forget to take advantage of that and show off your amazing style!
