Welcome to November everybody! The holiday season and the countdown to Thanksgiving and Christmas has officially begun. During this time, not only are people thinking about where they will be spending the holidays and whom they will be spending them with, but what they will be wearing as well.
Being a California native, I didn’t really experience autumn and winter until I came to New York for school. It was actually cold during the months of November and December, and I would need more than just one jacket to keep me cozy. With that being said, it is only natural that what one wears during these holiday months varies from coast to coast. On the west coast, it is normally cold, but not cold enough to be bundled up in layers mostly because the sun is still shining making it slightly warmer.
This fashionable duo (who also just got engaged, congrats to them!) knows exactly how to dress for the holidays in California. These looks will keep them warm when running out to the store for the forgotten ingredients to make the perfect biscuits to staying cool while cooking the turkey just right. Next, this Fashionista keeps it fall casual in this cream fit and flare dress and brown peep toe booties. She dresses up the look by pinning up her hair in a ’20s inspired side bun and berry colored lips. A pop of color is added to her look through the sapphire drop earrings.
