Summer means traveling places to see new things with your friends and family. It doesn’t matter if you’re going to a different country or just a different city in your state, summer is the time to explore. Sometimes the destination is closer than others, but the journey can be just as fun!
I caught this Fashionista on the train platform on the way to New York City. She had the perfect outfit for traveling on public transportation in the summer; comfy and stylish shorts, with sensible yet cute shoes. One of my favorite parts of this Fashionista’s outfit is the way she accessorizes. Her shoes are easy to walk in but still help make the outfit interesting. Sneakers are my favorite trend because they are fashionable and won’t kill your feet like some other high heels trends! The bag she is carrying is also perfect for traveling because it’s large enough to hold the essentials but small enough to not be a hassle. Of course, when traveling you need a great pair of sunglasses to protect your eyes, but most importantly to tie your whole outfit together!
One Simple Change: This outfit could easily be changed into a great outfit for a summer internship. All you need to do is add a simple black blazer and change the shoes for some beautiful pointed toe flats or heels! Then, you are ready to be the most stylish intern in the office!
