A beach vacation or a couple of beach days here and there are a must during a Jersey summer. Beach day clothing essentials consist of a cute bathing suit and an even cuter cover up to go over it. I don’t know about everybody else, but I know that I’m always on the hunt for dresses that can double as a cover up for when I’m going to the beach and a normal dress for when I need it.
It’s no debate that the color white will bring out a tan on anybody. This Fashionista is wearing a white dress that is cinched across the waist. The dress has a bright pink, boho-looking, floral design all along the bottom and the top by the neckline. The edges of the dress also have some little white detailing that go nicely with the whole look of the dress. Keeping with the white theme, she has on a pair of big sunglasses with a white outlining. For her bathing suit, you can’t quite see it, but the aqua colored strap looks really good with the pink details from the dress. She is also wearing a dainty gold necklace, which I think is a perfect touch for some beach jewelry. Her hairstyle is also perfect for a windy day on the beach. She has her hair pulled back into a ponytail with two French braids on the side for a cute detailed touch.
One Simple Change: When you’re finished tanning and relaxing on the beach and want to go out to eat, you can make some small adjustments to this outfit for it to work. You can throw on a pair of nice sandals or summery wedges for a nicer look. You can also tweak the hairstyle by taking the ponytail out and it will still look good.
