Here at the University of Tampa, we are taking advantage of the lack of snow by hanging out in the most sunny and warm places as much as possible. From an array of things to do like going to the pool, the beach or just catching some rays, the weekend is the perfect time to do these relaxing activities. It’s also a good time to showcase that outfit you didn’t want to waste by just wearing to class.
I found this Fashionista taking a breather by the docks that are on our campus, while wearing a light and adorable outfit that goes perfect with some Florida weather. What first caught my eye was her lavender tie dye palazzo pants that are on the rage, especially come summer time. I love the way these pants went with her white crop top and sandals because it makes for a perfect weekend outfit. It’s comfortable enough for some daytime fun.
As you look at the smaller details of the outfit, you really start to fall in love with how she created this bohemian-hippy look. The purple lace bralette matches spot on with her pants and was my favorite aspect of the outfit. This upcoming trend of wearing a bralette underneath a top is similar to the idea of a bandeau. The choker necklace, silver bracelets and ring complement the simplicity of the outfit and give it that extra touch.
One Simple Change: Do you want to turn this outfit into one that you can wear for a girl’s night out? Change the top to a black halter and a pair of black wedges for that dressy, nighttime atmosphere.
