Summer is arriving upon us in full force—with a few chilly relapses here and there—but mostly in full force. I’m sure we are all aware that when the sun’s out, classes are done, the grass is green and it is time to pull out the summer essentials. Sunscreen, bathing suits and Iced Cappuccino from Tim Horton’s, for example, are absolute musts, not to mention weekend shopping dates with all your besties.
This Fashionista showcased the perfect look for a fun day out and about under the sun. It is neutral, casual and comfortable, all the while very being put together with the tiniest touch of flirtiness. She based the outfit on a soft, laid back tank top, that she casually half-tucked into her skinny jeans. She really paid attention to detail with the light distressing and the wide cuffs at the bottom of her jeans. They played off of the thin ankle-straps of her wedges, accentuating the feminine silhouette and elongating her figure. The wedges added the perfect amount of height to jazz up the outfit while remaining comfortable enough to walk all day in.
Of course, detail is everything. Leather and gold were obviously two extra sparks the Fashionista chose to stick with this day. Her purse was just the right size for a busy day going from store to store; its gold buckles complemented her dainty gold necklace, as well as the gold bottom rim of her sunglasses (which are also an irreplaceable essential in this weather, am I right?). And may I just point out how strong this Fashionista’s beauty game was? Those brows are on fleek, girl!
