The black high neck blouse with a keyhole cut out gives a little edge to the classic turtle neck. She chose a long gold necklace with fringe to add flow to her outfit. The dark wash of her denim adds the perfect amount of contrast to her black top. Wearing jeans is a good call with the below freezing temperatures we have been having in Iowa. To polish off her outfit the Fashionista chose black ankle booties that adds even more edge to her look.
This look is perfect and can be worn to many different occasions—from a night out with friends, to a romantic dinner for two. With the simple pieces, you can also pair these items with many different styles to achieve another classic look.
One Simple Change: Feeling like you want to dress this look up a little? Swap out the jeans for an on trend faux suede, or leather skirt. Tuck in the blouse or leave it out and don’t forget to add a pair of your favorite patterned or plain tights.
