It has been a long hot summer but it’s finally beginning to cool down. It’s the time of year with the abundance of comfy sweaters, boots and flannels. Although the chill in the air is occurring more often, there are points in the day where it still can feel a little bit like summer. Right now the weather basically feels like an in-between season. It is not quite summer, yet not quite fall. This makes for many confusing fashion decisions. Lately I have found myself not being quite sure what to wear to class. To end all of my troubles I decided to go on my campus and find someone who had captured this in-between season crisis with ease; and I did.
This Fashionista was keeping it casual and fashionable at the same time. She sported a simple flowy sleeveless tank with capris and Converse. Her distressed capris added just the right amount of flare to her look. Since it was chilly in the morning and warm in the afternoon, she stated that she quickly ruled out flip flops as her shoe of choice. Converse were the perfect way for her to have something easy to slip on while staying comfortable on campus. The maroon color of the shoes and the shirt really tie the whole look together. She even commented that when she feels a little bit chilly she will throw on a flannel as a cover up.
I love how this Fashionista was so comfortable in her outfit but still looked so rad. She answered all my “what do I wear” dilemmas with ease. Next time you’re questioning what to wear just think simple and I promise it will come easy. Distressed jeans and Converse for the win!
