If you have ever experienced winter in Arizona you know we don’t have much of a “winter”. Something I personally love about living in Arizona; summer over everything! However, during the winter we are forced to strategically plan our outfits around the ever-changing weather. This Fashionista reps the perfect outfit for the bipolar winter weather of Arizona.
The flannel around the waist is such a statement piece of the entire outfit and not to mention, the perfect alternative to a light sweater. It can be worn when it’s cooler and when it gets warmer in the afternoon, it’s just as cute around the waist. The fact that she’s wearing all-black causes the flannel to really stand out. Flannels are a huge necessity of any wardrobe because they can always be added to any outfit and worn multiple ways as a way to change things up.
I’m pretty sure the best part about this whole outfit however are the jeans *heart eye emjoi*! I’ve been trying to find the perfect pair of black denim jeans with holes in the knees forever and I’m almost positive these are them! I love that you have the option to either wear them super edgy or dress them up a little like this Fashionista did with these suede ankle boots.
This Fashionista also rocks the vintage rings and dainty necklace along with some classic bangles. I love that she stuck with the gold color scheme for the jewelry, but then added these statement earrings, which her boyfriend bought for her in India! Talk about goals, am I right? Overall, I am borderline obsessed with this outfit! It’s perfect for Arizona winters and girls on the go like this Fashionista.
One Simple Change: Dress the outfit down a little (and give your feet a break) and put on some high-top Converse. The outfit will be a little more edgy, while still remaining girly because of all the jewelry!
