WHAT TO WEAR: Workout

Summer can be a great time to get that bikini body you have always been wanting. Trying to balance school, friends and a healthy lifestyle in college can be a challenge. I believe summer can be a time to help you get back on track to where you want to be, whether that is losing a few pounds or just staying fit. I believe in the saying, “If you look good, you feel good.” So I think it is key to feel good in everything you are wearing, even if it is just the gym. I’m not saying you should go all out on your hair and makeup before your daily workout. However, spending an extra couple of bucks on those cute Nike shorts will make getting up for that early morning run just a little bit easier.

This Fashionista is rocking a black pair of Nike Tempo shorts and Nike Flex Run tennis shoes with just a pop of pink for color. She playfully shows off her love of Pretty Little Liars with her gray, flowy tank top. This tank top is perfect for working out because it’s racerback and has an airy feel. I usually hate wearing gray when I work out. Unlike a nasty old T-shirt, the last thing I would be worried about is sweat stains in this light and breezy top. A simple braid allows for her to give it all she’s got, and after she’s done, she can easily take it down or create a simple and stylish hair-do.

One Simple Change: Throw on your favorite T-shirt and some sandals, leaving you with a cute, comfy and totally typically college girl outfit. This way, you can go straight to class after your workout!
