WHAT TO WEAR: Workout

The season for New Years resolutions is in full effect. Clad head to toe in lululemon, this Fashionista is the embodiment of the cliché ‘look good, feel good.’

Whether you’re in the middle of a sweaty workout at the Rec or a hot yoga class, it’s important to tame those annoying fly-aways. This Fashionista’s go-to is a headband complete with silicone grips on the inside to keep it in place.

This Fashionista chose a bright teal workout tank top to add a little flavor to her outfit. Talk about a color pop. This is a sure way to make sure you’re noticed (whether on your walk to yoga or in the actual class). Now on to my personal favorite, the lululemon jacket. These are great to quickly throw on when you’re in a rush to get out the door to start a busy day. Both basic and trendy, a sporty jacket is the perfect way to top off the on-the-go look.

When it comes to pants, leggings are a sporty girl’s staple. Their ability to be either dressed up or down makes them perfect for a day of running errands followed by squeezing in a quick yoga class. This Fashionista dressed up her entire look simply by choosing to wear boots rather than tennis shoes.

While it sometimes may feel easier to hit the gym in your pajamas, the perfect combination between sporty and cute is only a few basic pieces away.

One Simple Change: Dinner plans with the girls cutting it close to your yoga class? Ditch the headband and switch out your jacket for a knitted cardigan to take your look from post yoga to girls night out ready.
